Cost certainty
With us, you have complete cost certainty. cds Wohnbau adheres to the contractually agreed fixed prices from contract acceptance until the completion of your apartment. You pay the purchase price in installments and only after the service has been provided.
Completion secured
We give you the assurance that your property is pre-financed by us and therefore its completion is guaranteed. This guarantee is stipulated in the purchase contract. Upon completion, you will receive a warranty for the property in accordance with the purchase agreement.
