The next floor of the (G)lückstrasse project is complete! 💪

The ​​ceiling above the first upper floor has been successfully poured! A big thank you to everyone involved on the construction site for

their excellent work and for ensuring everything ran so smoothly! 👷‍♂️🚧
Beyond its construction progress, the (G)lückstrasse project also impresses with its exceptional location: situated directly alongside the Blockpark, it offers living spaces with plenty of greenery right on your doorstep.

A true highlight: All balconies face south—and thus face the park. This means abundant natural light, hours of sunshine, and unobstructed views of the greenery—right in the heart of the city.
